Mansory’s Revuelto: A Masterpiece in Brown Swirls

13

Too much fiber? Maybe. That seems to be the only explanation for Mansory’s latest Lamborghini.

Revuelto owners have a split personality. Some love the V12 hybrid purity. Others look at it and think it is somehow too plain. They send their cars to Germany for a makeover. Esteban Ocon. Yes, the actual Formula 1 driver. He sent his in too.

Heck.

This latest creation. The Carbonada Damask X. It is a one-off. One guy on Facebook called it Austin Powers’ stool sample.

Ouch.

It is not entirely unfair. The thing is buried in bodywork that defies polite description. You do not miss the original car’s design lines here. There are none left.

Mansory gets heat for this. Constantly. But they can spin carbon fiber into patterns most manufacturers cannot touch. Look at this finish. Brown-tinted. Swirling. Curving. It looks almost hand-painted if you ignore that it is hard plastic and weave.

Every piece has this texture.

The kit mimics their other builds but louder. Front splitter bites hard. Air intakes reshaped to look aggressive. A custom hood. Wheel arches flare out. Side skirts are sharp enough to draw blood if you step wrong.

There is even a roof scoop.

Does the roof scoop help aerodynamics or just ego? Probably the latter.

The Rear View

The back is where things go off the rails.

Wild engine cover with triangular holes. A swan-neck wing. A diffuser so big it could stop a freight train. Three exhaust tips that scream “Apollo Intensa Emozione” but forgot to bring the elegance.

Brown wheels. Matching calipers. Aerodynamic fins that match the brown carbon everywhere. It is a sea of swirling brown.

Inside? Even more of the same.

Steering wheel? Brown carbon. Dash? Brown carbon. Instrument cluster? Brown carbon.

Black Alcantara tries to step in. It fails. Brown stitching keeps it tied to the theme. They even moved the start/stop button to the ceiling. Because moving buttons to odd places is practically their trademark.

Why do we do this?

The photos exist. Mansory posted them. The world will see this brown monolith and wonder.

It is ugly.

It is expensive.

It is definitely one-of-a-kind.

I wonder if they sell it for more than a standard Revuelto?
